Synchronous serial SDLC

The
LN-200 IMU data logger represents an ideal solution for demanding
applications using GPS/INS software integration. The interface houses
any existing GPS/GNSS receiver with 1PPS and NMEA/ZDA output.
It
precisely synchronizes the incoming IMU data with GPS time and sends
them over the Ethernet port. The high bandwidth of the communication
ports easily handles up to 400Hz of IMU data that are logged on
customer-provided PC. The precisely time-tagged data can be used
for real-time or in post-mission GPS/INS integration.
Picture
bellow presents test of the system, realized with the "Photo-Bus"
developped by the Geodetic Engineering Laboratory.
Goal of test is to check precision of the system compared with
the old system.
